
These Bacon Breakfast Bowls combine three of my favorite breakfast foods: bacon, eggs and cheese! They are really quick and easy to make. They taste delicious and are really filling too. Sometimes I make a double batch at the weekend and put some of them in the freezer to have for quick breakfasts during the week. I take them out of the freezer the night before. This recipe is also very versatile.
Got some leftover herbs, chilies or mushrooms in your fridge? Just chop them finely and add them to the egg mix at stage 5 below. Substitute the cheddar for other cheese if you prefer.
