It couldn’t be simpler to make this recipe. Start by mixing chocolate chips with cornstarch in a microwave safe mug. Add salt, vanilla and milk. Mix well and start cooking in the microwave at short intervals. You need to keep an eye on this one as the milk starts to thicken when it heats up. Serve topped with whipped cream and enjoy!

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and whisk the mixture with a fork. Return to the microwave and cook for another 30 seconds. Check the pudding again. Whisk and return to the microwave. Continue to cook at short intervals until your pudding reaches the desired consistency.
