Easy Taco Soup
This Easy Taco Soup is delicious and filling and takes only 10 minutes to prepare. This soup is a classic mix of ground beef with Mexican flavors like chili, cilantro, lime, and jalapeno. It makes a great weekend lunch or midweek dinner. Try it out soon.
To make this delicious soup, start by heating oil in a large pot. Add beef in and onion and cook until browned. Add the jalapeno and garlic and saute before draining excess fat from the mixture. Add tomatoes, chilis, beef broth, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, ranch dressing mix and season to taste. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the corn, black beans, and pinto beans and cook until heated through. If the soup is too thick, add ½ cup of water. Stir in cilantro and lime and serve warm finished with desired toppings.
