Not only is this recipe full of flavor, it is gluten-free, dairy-free and keto-friendly too. Better yet, this healthy and low-carb meal will be ready in under 30 minutes, making it a perfect midweek meal!
Start by sauteing turkey, carrots, garlic, and ginger in a pan. Add chicken broth and cabbage. Add some soy sauce, cabbage and vinegar. Place a lid on the pan and cook for a bit. Before serving, drizzle the toasted sesame oil over the mixture and top with finely chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve over regular steamed rice or cauliflower rice. Or simply enjoy it from the bowl by itself.
