Keto Zoodle Alfredo with Bacon recipe, aka my new go-to spring weeknight meal, is an easy and delicious way to enjoy a classic Italian dish if you are keto. Flavorful and nutritious, the recipe calls for fewer than 10 ingredients and is ready in just 20 minutes. And here’s how to make it.

First, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Use a skillet that will be large enough to hold the zoodles and sauce. Then sauté the onions and garlic. Next, add wine and cook until reduced in half. Pour in the heavy cream, and once at a boil, stir in a generous handful of Parmesan cheese for extra creamy and luscious Alfredo. Finally, toss in the zoodles and bacon. Divide the zoodles between plates and enjoy immediately!
