3 ¾ cups +1 tbsp All-purpose flour 500 grams
3 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 (1/4-ounce) Active dry yeast 7-grams, envelope fast-acting
1 tsp Sea salt
¾ cup + 3 tbsp (220 milliliters) Whole milk lukewarm
3 tbsp Unsalted butter 40 grams, melted and cooled
1 Large eggs
For the Filling:
½ cup +1 tbsp (125 grams) Unsalted butter at room temperature
2 tbsp Lemon zest freshly grated
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 tsp Ground cardamom
For the Topping:
1 Egg yolks
1 tbsp Water
2-3 tbsp Poppy seeds
