Add gnocchi

Add half-and-half and spinach


Stir in 2 cups half-and-half and 1 cup fresh spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Taste and adjust salt and black pepper if needed.



Ladle the soup into large bowls and serve.
