Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Cut bread into 1-inch slices up to ½-inch from the base of the loaf. Repeat slices in the opposite direction and place cheese slices in between.
In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt.
Drizzle prepared butter mix over the sliced bread loaf. Wrap well in aluminum foil and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes then unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
