This Skinny No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Tart is perfect for all of your summer backyard parties. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup and loaded with fresh strawberries, this dessert is simple, delicious and low-calorie to boot. Bonus? This cheesecake tart doesn’t require any cooking, which means you don’t even have to turn the stovetop on.

Start the recipe by making a simple tart shell with rolled oats, dates, chia seeds, and coconut oil in a food processor. Spread the mixture into a lightly greased pan and transfer to the fridge to chill until firm for a few hours. If you are in a hurry, put the tart shell in the freezer for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, then pour in the maple syrup and beat for one minute more. Fold in the Greek yogurt and transfer the mixture to the fridge to firm up for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, smooth the filling over the crust evenly and top with sliced strawberries. Finish the tart off with thyme or basil leaves and serve immediately.
