This recipe is extremely easy to make. Start with the filling. Simply combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into six squares. Score each square to create a ½-inch border on the dough. Spoon the filling down the center of the puff pastry and top with the blueberries. Using a pastry brush, spread the egg wash onto the border edges of the pastry. Bake until golden brown and puffed.
