This West Coast Avocado Toast reminds me of one of the best brunches I’ve ever eaten. It was in a cafe in San Francisco and I don’t know if it was because I was so hungry or on vacation but it really was the tastiest breakfast I ever had! Hummus, sprouts and avocado piled onto whole wheat bread. Delicious!

To make this recipe, start by tossing mixed salad greens with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Spread each slice of toast with hummus and pile sprouts, avocado and greens on top. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds to garnish and enjoy.
