1 cup Fontina coarsely grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated

Craving pizza? Skip the takeout and have pizza night in with this easy Three-Cheese Pizza with Pancetta and Mushrooms! Oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, it’s a true crowd-pleaser.  

Take a shortcut with store-bought pizza dough or grab that homemade pizza dough from your fridge, and this simple but satisfying combo of thinly sliced pancetta, mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Fontina cheese can be on the table in less than half an hour. To keep the recipe quick, I also used my favorite store-bought marinara sauce. Serve this pizza hot out of the oven with a simple side salad for a well-rounded meal. Enjoy!

Steps to make Three-Cheese Pizza with Pancetta and Mushrooms

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 475 °F, and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Roll out dough

Divide the dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll out 1 half to 13 ½ by 8 ½-inch rectangle.

Transfer to baking sheet

Transfer the rolled dough to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the second half.

Spread marinara sauce

Spread ¼ cup marinara sauce over each pizza. Leave a ½-inch border.

Add toppings

Sprinkle over 1 cup coarsely grated Fontina cheese, ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, and ⅓ cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese. Top with 2 ounces thinly sliced crimini mushrooms and 2 ounces thinly sliced pancetta. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake

Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven until brown on bottom and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

Serve

Cut each pizza into rectangles and serve immediately.
