Caramelize nuts

Arrange salad


Place the bowl with the dressing in the center of a round platter and arrange 8 cups baby spinach around. Add the pear slices and scatter ¾ cup pomegranate arils, ⅓ cup dried cranberries, caramelized pecans, and ½ cup feta cheese on top of the spinach and tuck some underneath.
