In a small saucepan over medium heat, place 125 grams softened cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, and ½ cup milk. Cook, stirring, until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Squeeze garlic from skins and add into the mixture. Add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and 80 grams grated Gruyère cheese. Cook, constantly stirring, until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 200 grams chopped bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until golden.
