300 g All-purpose flour or 2 ¼ cups plus 1 tbsp loosely packed
For egg wash:
1 Eggs beaten with a pinch of salt
For topping:
1 tsp Garlic or to taste, finely chopped
1 tbsp Parsley or to taste, finely chopped
150 g Mozzarella shredded
2 tbsp Sesame seeds black or white, to taste

Next, place the log seam-side down and gently press on top to flatten it evenly. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
