These Garlic Parmesan Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Thyme are one of my favorite side dishes. I use a black cast iron skillet to make my crispy potatoes and it makes a sensational looking side dish when entertaining friends. Try these potatoes soon – you will never look back!
Start by thinly slicing potatoes using a sharp knife or a mandolin – you will need very thin slices. I use Yukon Gold potatoes for this dish, but you can use your favorite roasting potatoes. Arrange the potato slices in a buttered skillet and pour over the remaining butter. Season and sprinkle with thyme and garlic. Cook for an hour and enjoy!

I'm like a vampire when it comes to garlic, so that's a no no, but everything else was okay though I think i'll be sticking to the keto parmesan instead.
Just took them out of the oven, I have ketchup, mayo and cocktail sauce along with drinks waiting for me just as the game is starting, I am now a happy camper.
Way better than what you get in stores, both tastier and more quantity.
Loved these roasted potatoes and chicken the flavors blend well together and i decided to go with sweet potatoes the second time around in order to make a sweet savoury taste in one go.
The aroma is what got me more into it, I mean yes they taste good but the great smell is what really triggered my appetite.
