This 3-Ingredient Hummus-Crusted Chicken is a super easy dish to put together and you can have it on the table in under 30 minutes. Chicken breasts can be quite dry when baked in the oven but the hummus coating on the outside keeps the chicken deliciously moist during the cooking process.

To make this chicken dish, spread hummus over each chicken breast and spread it in a thin layer until each one is fully coated all over. Sprinkle paprika over the chicken breasts and bake in a preheated oven until cooked through. When you are happy the chicken is cooked, switch the oven to broil the chicken until the hummus is dry. Serve immediately with green salad.
