Preheat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C/fan 200 °C/gas 7).
I dressed this with a bunch of cheese and no tomatos at all cause I don't like the taste, it goes reallly good with some pasta too.
Squeezed some lime on this to make it kinda zesty then decided to bake some potatoes too for a full meal, perfect.
One of my favorite chicken dishes for sure it's easy too.
Going to be grilling the chicken first then slicing it and adding everything in it afterwards before giving it some time to bake too, wish me luck.
Ate some of the leftovers cold at work today and have to admit it was even better cold.

Didn't add the olives cause olives have a weird after taste but instead swapped it out for some honey pickles which tasted a lot better then had the chicken on some brown rice :)

White wine, this Italian stuffed chicken and a breezy night while eating and drinking on the porch sounds like a good night to me.
Kinda looks undercooked..please people double check that your chicken is fully cooked and not pink at all or you can catch salmonella.
