½ cup Peanuts dry-roasted unsalted
4 oz Caramel sauce salted
For chocolate ganache:
¼ cup Heavy cream
2 oz Milk chocolate chopped

This Snickers Blondie Tart is an absolute treat that tastes as good as it looks. Made with delicious peanut butter blondie base, then topped with roasted peanuts and salted caramel and covered with chocolate ganache for a finishing touch. All of the flavors and textures work deliciously well together. Yummy!  

This mouthwatering tart is beyond simple to make. All you need to do is make the crust (no chilling required) and bake it until golden. Scatter the roasted peanuts into the bottom of the cooled base and top with salted caramel. Make the simple chocolate ganache with heavy cream and chopped milk chocolate. Once done, cool it slightly and pour over the tart. Allow the ganache to set, slice, serve and eat.

Steps to make Snickers Blondie Tart

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

Cream butter and sugar

Cream together ¾ cup brown sugar, 4 tablespoons butter, and ½ cup peanut butter on medium speed until well combined and fluffy.

Add egg

Add 1 large egg and mix until well combined.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt

Stir in ¾ cup all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt.

Press into tart pan

Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 14x4.5-inch rectangular tart pan.

Bake

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and set in the center. If the crust puffs up in the middle, press it back down gently while still warm.

Cool

Let cool completely.

Add peanuts

Scatter ½ cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts in an even layer at the bottom of the cooled tart.

Top with caramel

Pour 4 ounces salted caramel over the peanuts.

Heat cream

Heat ¼ cup heavy cream until small bubbles appear around the edges. Don’t let it come to a rapid boil.

Make ganache

Pour over 2 ounces chopped chocolate and slowly stir until completely combined and chocolate has melted. Let cool slightly.

Pour ganache over tart

Pour the chocolate ganache over the tart and allow to set.

Once set, slice and serve.
