85 g Low-fat cookies
200 g extra-light soft Cheese
200 g Greek yogurt 0% fat
4 tbsp Caster sugar
few drops Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Strawberry jam good-quality
100 g Strawberries hulled and sliced

No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecakes


My No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecakes are a great summer dessert. They are easy to make, are low fat and taste absolutely delicious. What’s not to love? You can quickly prep these cheesecakes in only 10 minutes. Make them in advance and leave them chilling in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.

Start by smashing cookies with a rolling pin until you have large crumbs for the cheesecake base. Divide the base between 4 glasses. Make the filling by beating the soft cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Dollop the filling over the crumb base and chill until you are ready to serve. To serve, mix the strawberries with strawberry jam and divide between the cheesecakes. Enjoy!

Steps to make No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecakes


Smash cookies


Place the cookies in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to smash them until you have large crumbs.


Place crumbs in glasses


Divide the cookie crumbs evenly between 4 glasses or small bowls.


Make filling


Beat 200 grams of soft cheese and 200 grams of Greek yogurt with 4 tablespoons of caster sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract together until you have a creamy smooth mixture.


Top the base


Spoon the mixture over the crumb base.



Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.


Mix strawberries with jam


In a small bowl, combine 100 grams of sliced strawberries with 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam.




Top the cheesecakes with the strawberries just before serving.
