Looking for an easy and delicious dinner roll recipe? Give these Pampushky Ukrainian Garlic Rolls a try! Fluffy and soft, these simple yet full of flavor rolls are sure to impress. Brush the hot rolls with the garlic-herb sauce for the ultimate finishing touch, and enjoy! The recipe is egg-free, dairy-free, and vegan.

This recipe is easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients. My favorite tool to make these garlic rolls is my stand mixer. The dough comes together quickly. Just mix the dough with your mixer and let it rise for 1 hour. Once the dough has doubled in size, divide it into 24 dough balls. Let rise 30 more minutes and bake about 25 minutes until golden. These rolls are so good fresh out of the oven with a homemade garlic-herb sauce. The perfect dinner rolls! I like to serve these pampushky with Ukrainian borscht for a hearty meal.
