To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle the orange vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat well. Garnish with sunflower seeds and serve.
