12 oz Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
2 cups Corn
½ cup Gruyère cheese shredded
½ cup Bacon bits
½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
½ cup Bread crumbs

This Vegetable Gratin 3 Ways is the perfect vegetable dish that you’ve been looking to make and serve. Using 3 different vegetables, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and corn coated in our homemade bechamel sauce, which is a garlic and cream sauce and topped with crispy bacon bits, a mix of 3 cheeses and bread crumbs. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes until fragrant. Do not burn.

Whisk flour into the butter and cook for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.

Add milk and heavy cream

Prepare vegetables in baking dish

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add sprouts to one side, filling about ⅓ of the dish. Place corn in the center, taking up the second ⅓, and cauliflower to the final ⅓ of the dish.

Add prepared sauce

Pour cooled bechamel sauce over the vegetables to evenly and generously coat.

Top Brussels sprouts

Sprinkle Gruyere cheese and bacon bits over the Brussels sprouts.

Top corn

Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the corn.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs over and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for another 20-30 minutes until vegetables are cooked and the toppings are golden brown.
