3 cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
3 tsp Cinnamon ground
¼ tsp Baking powder
3 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
3 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup chopped Walnuts optional

Warm and lovely Zucchini Bread recipe. I always prefer to eat products that are fresh, organic and homemade and that is when I decided to experiment with easy to make bread recipes and came up with this delicious and moist bread, in just an hour!

You don’t need time for kneading or rising, just combine all your ingredients and allow to bake in the oven for one hour. Enjoy it warm and fresh, straight out of the oven.

Steps to make Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.

Combine dry ingredients

In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder together and mix to combine.

Combine wet ingredients

In a separate bowl beat the eggs. Add sugar, vanilla extract and oil and mix well.

Add zucchini

Add the grated zucchini to the wet ingredients bowl and mix well.

Combine all ingredients

Combine both bowls of wet and dry ingredients and continue to mix until bread batter forms.

Add walnuts

If using, stir in the walnuts.

Prepare for baking

Pour batter into 2 ungreased bread loaf tins, evenly, and smooth over the top.

Bake bread

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Cool before serving

Allow to cool until manageable, before slicing and serving it warm.
