This Bacon & Egg Hash Browns recipe is a great level up from everyone’s most loved, Sunday morning breakfast. Serve fried eggs on top of a crispy hash brown decorated with crispy bacon bits.

I bet you didn’t think that family-style bacon and eggs could get better than what you are already serving but we have news, now they do! Serve as it is with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or extra-brewed hot coffee.

Steps to make Bacon & Egg Hash Browns

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 400 °F.

Combine hash brown mix

In a small bowl, combine potatoes, 2 eggs, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking pan in a round or oval shape.

Bake

Bake for 12 minutes.

Cook bacon

In a frying pan, cook bacon and chop into small cubes.

Add cheese and bacon to hash brown

Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese evenly over and place the cooked bacon bits in a circle around the edges and diagonal cross-cutting lines over the center.

Add egg

Crack 4 eggs into each quarter of the hash brown.

Bake

Bake in preheated oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve

Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
