I love tacos and I think these Ground Chicken Tacos with Creamy Salsa are as good as some restaurant tacos I’ve tasted! I love to make these tacos for friends because not only do they taste absolutely delicious, they are super simple to make too! When I make these, I place everything in the center of the table and let everyone build their own taco!

To make Ground Chicken Tacos with Creamy Salsa, you will need the following ingredients:
Mix the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, scallions, hot sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, and lime juice together in a medium-large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
In a large pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Fry the green and red bell peppers and onions in the oil until they are tender. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Add the garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and sazon seasoning and cook for about 1 minute.
Add the ground chicken to the pan and cook while stirring. As you stir, break up any big lumps of ground chicken.
When the chicken is cooked through, sprinkle over the flour and stir well. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the chicken stock into the pan. Increase the heat and bring the sauce to a simmer. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Place the tacos, chicken mixture, shredded lettuce and creamy salsa in the center of the table and allow everyone to build their own taco or spoon the chicken into warm taco shells and top with creamy salsa and lettuce.
