- 1 Jalapeño pepperseeded and finely chopped
- 1 Scallionsfinely chopped
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Lime juicefresh
- Kosher Saltto taste
- Black pepperfreshly ground, to taste
