These Churro Chips are a sweet crispy take on the traditional Mexican treat. I love the flavor of cinnamon and these churro chips provide a great opportunity to showcase this classic spice. And so easy to make too – simply combine cut up tortillas with butter and cinnamon sugar. And there you have it!
I always cook these in the oven, but if you have an airfryer, it is easy to make them too. Follow the recipe to the “Cook” step and instead of placing them on a baking sheet in the oven, work in batches and place the sugar coated tortillas in the fryer basket in a single layer. Cook each batch at 375 °F for 6 minutes.
To make Churro Chips, you will need the following ingredients:

Too hard to chew maybe I did something wrong?
I actually thought this was something savory when I first saw it lol, glad i was wrong though.
My kids gobbled this up like hungry hippos!!
In love with this recipe!! Had no idea you could make churro chips up until now.
Fantastic and simple to make also quite affordable just the dessert I was looking for.
Mexican food is always the best didn't even doubt it for a second that these would turn out good.
Didn't really like the taste as much as I enjoyed the churro apple pie but its okay.
Using tortilla chips for churro chips was unexpected but i'm delighted to know its possible.
Accidently used salted butter make sure you don't make the same mistake i did or the churro chips will taste kinda salty and not sweet at all.
These are the BOMB love the crunchy sweetness in my mouth!
Delicious it's perfect to dip in some vanilla icecream or even the rumchata pudding shots so would recommend it.
I love it! Crunchy & sweet snack!
