I use Clamato juice in this recipe which, as the name suggests, is a combination of tomato and clam juice. If you can’t get any Clamato, tomato juice makes a good substitute.
To make this cocktail, start by combining salt and Tajin seasoning on a shallow plate. Moisten the rims of two-pint glasses using a lime wedge. Dip the glasses into the salt mixture to coat the rim. Fill both glasses ⅔ full with ice. Divide Clamato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce between each glass. Top up the glasses with Mexican beer. Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!
