This superfast recipe for Club Soda Waffles is the simplest of waffles. It uses just 4 ingredients, yields twelve 4-inch waffles, and can be ready in no time. With 3 easy-to-follow steps, one bowl, and a waffle iron, you can have a batch of homemade waffles to enjoy with your family. Bonus? They are freezer-friendly.

To make these light and fluffy waffles, stir together the vegetable oil, eggs, and biscuit mix until smooth in a large bowl. Slowly stir in the club soda, being careful not to overmix. Cook the waffles immediately. Otherwise, the batter will set and go flat. Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron’s directions until golden. Serve topped with butter and maple, and enjoy! To freeze, cool the waffles completely, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the waffles in one even layer and freeze for 2 hours. Then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. To reheat, add the frozen waffles to a toaster and toast until crispy and warm.
