Stuffed-Olive Cod
This Stuffed-Olive Cod recipe couldn’t be easier to make. It is quite frankly delicious too. I invented this recipe by accident one day. I was trying to think of a novel way to cook cod when I took a look in the refrigerator and some leftover garlic stuffed olives caught my eye. I decided to cook the stuffed olives with the fish and the rest is history!
It couldn’t be easier to make this – simply place everything in a skillet and cook until the fish is flaky. I usually serve this cod dish with a fresh green salad on the side but if you are feeling hungry, you could have steamed potatoes instead.

I love any fish dish but this was a little bit too plain for my taste, I had to add a lot more spices to make it less dull but it still came out pretty tasty.
Turned out nicely, I thought I would have to tweak it a little by adding some more flavours but it didn't even need an extra pinch of salt, perfect in every way.
This is literally one of the fastest Cod recipes I've ever made that actually turned out wonderfully!! Thank you so much for sharing this delicious meal, I really love it.
Definitely a keeper, I added some lime instead of lemon and I really love the stuffed cod will be making this again soon.
It's a good dish but I honestly like the Lemon cod better, maybe the parsley just did it more favors but I think I'll be sticking to that one instead, thanks though, it wasn't bad.
Can't belive it took under 20 minutes to make this..love love LOVE everything about it! The taste is perfect and it's fantastic for any day of the week.
I added 2 teaspoons of salt instead of following the recipe and learned my lesson..I love salt but that turned out to be WAY too much, make sure to follow the recipe exactly how it's written! Also the lemon is a nice touch :)
Made this with brown rice and it turned out delicious, really love it.
Can I just say that I love every single recipe you post?! How and where did you learn to come up with these?? They are amazing and so are you for sharing!
Well done! Thanks for sharing recipe!
