Desserts don’t need to be unhealthy and with our Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding you can now make yourself a gluten free, vegan friendly healthier dessert pudding in the comfort of your own home.

Sometimes I even cheat and enjoy a bowl of this for breakfast too. The options are endless. Chia seeds mixed with almond milk, fresh raspberries and a little maple syrup for sweetener.

To make Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding, you will need the following ingredients:

Steps to make Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding

Blend raspberry mixture

In a food processor, place the 1 cup of washed raspberries with 1 cup of almond milk and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Use a high-speed blender to blend until combined and smooth.

Add chia seeds

Pour the prepared milk mixture into a glass and add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir to mix and set aside for about half an hour to set.

Refrigerate

Stir again to mix then place in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours to overnight until firm.

Serve

Top with some fresh raspberries before serving! Enjoy!
