Plus, it takes only three minutes to prepare. Moreover, this oat milk banana smoothie is compliant with so many diets, including dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Consider adding a scoop of protein or collagen powder for an even more filling option.

As a smoothie fiend, I always have a zip-top bag with sliced bananas in my freezer, and it’s my go-to for making almost any smoothie thick, creamy, and naturally sweet. Alternatively, frozen bananas can be substituted for ½ a cup crushed ice to create a thicker texture.
