Turn on broiler and prepare chicken wings

Turn on the oven broiler and place the chicken wing pieces skin side down on a rimmed baking sheet.

Broil the chicken wings for 10 minutes.

Make BBQ sauce

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons yellow mustard, and 3 tablespoons Swerve and simmer the ingredients together until smooth and heated through. Set aside.

Flip chicken

Remove the chicken wings from the oven and flip them over. Broil for another 10 minutes.

Brush with sauce

Use a pastry brush to coat the chicken wings in the sauce (both sides).

Broil the chicken wings for another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Keep an eye on them, so they don’t burn.
