These Garlic-Parmesan Wings Are A Must At Every Party! They are like Chicken Caesar chicken wings: crispy skin, baked in the oven and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese before serving. These wings are a great snack to serve up at your next party.

You’ll be surprised how easy these wings are to make. Start by tossing 2 pounds of chicken wings with vegetable oil and seasoning well with salt and pepper. Place the wings in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. As the wings cook, make a sauce in a large bowl – stir melted butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes together. Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan with Caesar dressing on the side for dipping! Delicious!

Steps to make Garlic-Parmesan Wings

Heat oven and prepare a baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 400 °F and place a metal rack on a large rimmed baking sheet.

Season the chicken wings

Toss 2 pounds of chicken wings with ¼ cup of vegetable oil and season well with kosher salt and pepper.

Cook the wings

Place the seasoned wings on a the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until the wings are crisp and golden.

Make sauce

Mix one stick of melted butter with 4 minced cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley, ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan and 1 teaspoon of red pepper together in a large bowl.

Coat wings in sauce

Add the cooked wings to the sauce in the large bowl and toss well until evenly coated.

Serve these delicious wings sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and with Caesar dressing on the side.
