Springtime just got a little bit sweeter with these Creamy Dark Chocolate Truffles. With one bite, you’ll discover an amazing creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor. Even better, they are made with only four ingredients and are refined-sugar-free, gluten-free, and low-calorie. You are going to love these truffles, I promise!

Start by melting the chocolate in a microwave or on a double boiler on the stove. Then whisk together the fat-free Greek yogurt and nut butter. For a vegan option, use dairy-free Greek yogurt instead of dairy yogurt. Next, pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and stir together until smooth. Refrigerate the chocolate mixture until it starts to harden. Once chilled and firm, use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out portions of the chocolate mixture. Finally, form the truffles and roll them in cocoa powder. Enjoy as a guilt-free treat!
