Made from coconut butter, cream of coconut milk, coconut oil, matcha green tea powder, vanilla extract and some maple syrup for sweetening, this healthy fudge is a great option to have as a healthy snack around the house for when you need something sweet!

Steps to make Green Tea Fudge

    Melt coconut butter

    In a saucepan over low-medium heat, melt the coconut butter.

    Add the cream from coconut milk, coconut oil, matcha green tea powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir to combine well.

    Pour mixture into a 6x8-inch baking pan, lined with parchment paper and sit for a couple of hours until set.
