Crockpot Southwest Turkey Chili

Share

I make this Crockpot Southwest Turkey Chili every to have after our annual family walk in the woods. We organise the outing with my sister’s family each year and we go for a long walk in the woods near our house to clear the cobwebs! Before we leave, I always put this chili in the crockpot and leave it cooking as we walk in the woods.

This turkey chili couldn’t be easier to prepare – start by browning the turkey in a skillet. Then place the browned turkey in the crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high for about 3 ½ hours and serve with your favorite toppings.

To make Crockpot Southwest Turkey Chili, you will need the following ingredients:

Ground turkey is actually perfect for this, I thought I'd be switching to beef the next time around but it actually blends well with the rest of the ingridents.

Patience Ginart

Party in my mouth whenever I eat this dish!! Super delicious.

Miyah Finkley

This just takes wayy too long to make from my standpoint since I have three kids but it was tasty.

Audree Savich

Is it weird that I added some hot sauce to mine? I really love spicy food and this is goood.

Gwen Mowatt

Dodged the whole crushed tomatoes thing and added sundried instead since I hate raw tomatoes.

Hadlee Cutone

Kids actually ate the whole thing so I'm happy with how it turned out.

Kailani Bashford

When I first saw this I thought it would be way too complicated to actually make it, turns out if you just follow the steps it's really not. I'd say to add a little bit more sea salt to it though If I were you and maybe less ground paprika unless you like yours spicy.

Giana Saah

BOMB recipe, made it with some cheesy garlic bread on the side and it's soo filling and delicious.

Does anyone know where I can find quinoa and chipotle powder? :( I live in Latvia.

Etta Durland

Over cooked when I followed the time so had to remake it but it was flavorful.
