This recipe is simple to follow. Start by making the marinade. Whisk together the honey, oil, vinegar, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and freshly ground black pepper and place in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the meat, seal the bag, squeezing the air out. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Finally, grill the marinated pork chops on both sides until you see those gorgeous grill marks. If needed, grill in batches. Easy and delicious!

Steps to make Easy Grilled Pork Chops

Make marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup honey, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Marinate pork chops

Sprinkle both sides of 4 bone-in pork chops with salt and pepper to taste and place in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the prepared marinade over the meat and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

Heat a grill pan or grill over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the plastic bag. Lightly sprinkle with more salt and black pepper. Grill until the pork chops release from the grill or grill pan, about 4 minutes. Then flip and grill on the other side for another 3 minutes. Be sure to grill in batches if using a grill pan.
