Mexican Lime Chicken
Everyone that has tried my Mexican Lime Chicken absolutely falls in love with it. It’s perfectly sweet, spicy and zesty with juicy chicken breasts marinated and cooked in olive oil combined with crushed coriander seeds, grated lime zest, paprika, muscovado sugar, lime juice, garlic and fresh red chilis. Have I forgotten anything? Keep it low carb and serve it with salad and salsa!

You'll need some milk beside you if you don't do well with spicy things but this dish is worth all the effort and tongue burning haha.
My husband fell in love with this meal! It's become apart of our weekly ritual lmao.
Devoured this way too fast, the smell was heavenly and the taste was pure deliciousness, can't way to share the crowd pleaser with the fam.
Not bad at all though lemon goes better than lime, lime makes it taste kinda bitter.
Too spicy in my opinion, I couldn't handle it at all.
Spices were great, maybe a little harsh on the tastebuds but tasty nonetheless.
Takes a while to roast but worth the time just for the taste.
Great meal for any day of the week served mine with cheesy garlic bread :)
Would rate it higher if i could! This is honestly one of my all time favorite Mexican dishes the second one being the hot chocolate pie...drooling just thinking about it lol!
Great recipe!
