Start off your Halloween morning in the spirit of the celebration with these Monster Eyes Deviled Eggs. Make your creations look like the real deal with “painted” red food coloring lines onto the white part of the egg to imitate vain-like, bloodshot eyes and place an olive slice on top of the avocado filling for the pupil of the eye.

    Peel eggs and cut in half, lengthwise then scoop out the center yolks.

    In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolk, avocado and lemon juice together. You can also use a food processor, until smooth. For a more creamy filling, add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

    Spoon the avocado filling to the center of the eggs with a sliced black olive for the “eye.”
