Add salt, oils, and seeds

Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 3 tablespoons sesame seeds and mix until combined.

Add 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour and mix until no dry spots remain.

Transfer the dough on a piece of plastic wrap and, leaving a border of about 2 inches, roll into a log. Twist the ends tightly, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or freeze for up to 1 month.

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 350 °F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Unwrap the log and cut into 24 (â…“-inch thick) slices. Place the slices 2-inch apart on the prepared baking sheets.
