These White Pizza Appetizers will go down a treat at your next party! Bring out a platter of these delicious little appetizers and watch them disappear! These little quick-fix pizzas are the crowd pleaser you have been looking for. I like to make mine suitable for vegetarians but you could add some ham or bacon too if you know you are catering for meat lovers.

These couldn’t be easier to make either. Start by rolling out the puff pastry and prick all over with a fork. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake until golden. Top the pastry with cheese, olives, pepper and oregano and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove the pastry from the baking sheets and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into mini pizza squares.
