Wild Garlic Pesto Pinwheels recipe
These Wild Garlic Pesto Pinwheels make a great appetizer at a spring party. They look super cute and they are really easy to prepare in advance. I like to serve these with an extra bowl of wild garlic pesto on the side for dipping. My guests always love these tasty treats and I’m sure yours will too!
To make these pinwheels, start by combining the dry ingredients with a milk and lemon mixture to make a dough. Knead the dough lightly and roll it into a rectangle. Spoon wild garlic pesto on top of the dough and spread it out using the back of the spoon. Sprinkle the pesto with Parmesan cheese and roll the dough like a swiss roll. Cut into slices and sprinkle them with additional Parmesan before baking in the oven.

Just as tasty as they look! Brilliant recipe thanks for sharing.
Didn't use normal milk cause I'm lactose so swapped it out for soy and same with the cheese I swapped for goat cheese :)
Yummy in my tummy these are the bomb!
I'd add a bit more spices to this next time but it was tasty.
These were freaking DELICIOUSSS I love the texture.
Interesting design will be checking these out tonight for sure.
Simple affordable and delicious, exactly what I was looking for.
Despite the small amount of lemon you can still taste it which makes these kinda zesty but sooo good.
Another perfect meal but I'm not surprised since it was made by Jelena
I absolutely LOVED the taste of these they were very crunchy and filling.
I much prefer the cheesy garlic bread but this wasn't too bad.
Well done! Verified!
