Add a bit of lemon zest if you want it to be the best.
Turned out very good, slightly chewy but cooked through.
If anyone wanted to make a fast glaze some powdered sugar, 1 tsp of lemon and 1/2 of milk will do the trick, will be super sweet though so if you don't have a sweet tooth I don't recommend it.
I wouldn't say they are the best I kinda like the super soft sugar cookies from walmart instead.

I designed these as little eggs and carrots for easter with a bit of colored frosting.
If you replaced the vanilla extract with sugar it'll leave a better vanilla taste/ have a better effect on these.

Let the cookie dough chill for atleast half an hour in the freezer instead of putting it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, it's much faster with the same effect if you don't have much time and want your cookies to turn out just right.
