Add a bit of lemon zest if you want it to be the best.

Jayden Eisenlohr

Turned out very good, slightly chewy but cooked through.

Emmalynn Babiy

If anyone wanted to make a fast glaze some powdered sugar, 1 tsp of lemon and 1/2 of milk will do the trick, will be super sweet though so if you don't have a sweet tooth I don't recommend it.

Meredith Caretti

I wouldn't say they are the best I kinda like the super soft sugar cookies from walmart instead.

Livia Ambrosio

Burnt so fast after just 10 minutes I tried lowering the heat but then they would come out half raw...

Laney Wiedmer

Heavenly cookies! The texture is great soo soft and tasty too.

Maleah Kujan

What can I do if I don't have any baking soda is there a big difference between baking soda and powder or can I just add more baking powder in its place?

Wren Soscia

These were super duper good i've baked these about 5-6 times in the last month.

Kinslee Wallenberg

Tasted bland and almost exactly like some sort of bread from the store

I designed these as little eggs and carrots for easter with a bit of colored frosting.

If you replaced the vanilla extract with sugar it'll leave a better vanilla taste/ have a better effect on these.

Fantastic recipe! Doubled down on the recipe to make two batches for my whole family this evening for dessert after dinner (we are making sweet chili dogs too!!) hope they they like it as much as I do since I already stole two hahah.

Let the cookie dough chill for atleast half an hour in the freezer instead of putting it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, it's much faster with the same effect if you don't have much time and want your cookies to turn out just right.

Plain sugar cookies are the best way to go i wouldn't add any topping or they would turn out too sweet.
