This southwestern Fresh Black Bean Salad has an amazing preparation time of just 20 minutes to create a magical medley of spicy and zesty flavors. I have included fresh and canned options for using beans and corn as well as additional optional garnishes if you wish.
We all know everything is better with avocado and crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy this as a well balanced salad, just as is, filled with protein and loads of vitamins and nutrients, or inside of a Mexican burrito, whatever your choice, you’ll love this one.

I made this Fresh Black Bean Salad for my family last weekend, and it was a hit. It took only 20 minutes, which was perfect since I was juggling the kids. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the avocado and feta really added a nice touch. Will definitely make again.
Amazing! I made this salad for my family's picnic, and they couldn't get enough of it. The combo of flavors is just perfect, and it was so easy to whip up. I'll definitely be making it again!
Slightly zesty which is exactly what I was looking for in a salad!
The red bell pepper wasn't really my fav in this so the second time i made it i dodged it cause it ruined the flavor for me, without it it's sooo good.
