Can not believe how good this turned out, thanks for sharing. Will make it again to bring to work.
Loved this millet salad, wonderfully put together.
I made this but since I'm not vegan I did add some chicken pieces to it, was very good.
The millet tabbouleh was kinda plain and needed a lot more spices in my opinion but its edible and good if you like bland foods.
Made this yesterday and it was super tasty, still taste good today too.
My favorite tabbouleh salad EVER, it's very delicious and cheap to make, would recommend it.
My kids actually ate the whole thing, very pleased with it.
If you're a fan of healthy meals that are easy to make, you'll love this as much as i did.
I didn't add the fresh mint because I hate minty things but the food was quite tasty, i made it with some cheesy garlic bread too.
Had this for lunch with my husband and we both very much enjoyed it.
