Perfect for a dessert or a quick, grab-‘n-go treat to have around the kitchen and I love that they’re vegan and gluten free too, which fits right into my eating plan! Tiny balls rolled from combined Medjool dates, cooked millet, oat flour, and lemon juice, and zest. Dust with coconut milk powder for the finishing finesse!
