Smoked Gouda Veggie Melt
This Smoked Gouda Veggie Melt is perfect for lunch or a quick dinner. I know some people are really opposed to sandwiches for dinner, but hear me out. These veggie melts are loaded with roasted vegetables which make them healthy as well as delicious!
Start by roasting mushrooms, broccoli, pepper and onion. While the veggies are roasting in the oven, place Italian bread on a baking sheet and mix some garlic mayo in a small bowl. Spread the mayo on the bread slices and top with the roasted veggies. Place the melts under a broiler until the cheese melts.
To make Smoked Gouda Veggie Melt, you will need the following ingredients:
Steps to make Smoked Gouda Veggie Melt
Heat oven and prepare a pan
Place bread on a baking sheet
Make garlic mayo
Spread garlic mayo on the bread
Assemble the melts
Broil the sandwiches
Love it and so do my kids! Normally they refuse to touch anything that has veggies in it but this is something they seemed to really enjoy, thanks for sharing.
Love this little bread snack, the topping is very filling and it's super simple to make.
Shared this amazingly tasty snack with a few friends of mine and they wanted to snatch the recipe off of me.
Delicious, love it a bunch, making this alongside some tasty pasta, can't wait to have everyone in my family try it.
I made this for yesterdays brunch and everyone really loved it with some iced tea, highly recommend this recipe.
Super easy to make and very good tasting plus it's sorta healthy depending on the bread you use, LOL!
I liked this idea but honestly it's not as tasty as the cheesy garlic bread recipe.
Very good tasting smoked gouda, never expected to enjoy it as much as I did will be making it again for sure.
Easy and delicious!
