6 tbsp Butter divided
16 oz Mushrooms thinly sliced
4 Green onion thinly sliced
4 tablespoons All-purpose flour
2 cups Milk
½ teaspoon Salt or to taste

2 cans (4-6 oz each) Can of tuna drained and flaked
1 cup Green peas frozen, cooked and drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded natural
1 cup Bread crumbs soft fresh
