5 tsp Garlic minced
1 ½ cups Breadcrumbs fresh
¼ cup Parsley chopped
¾ cup Whole milk
1½ tsp Kosher Salt divided
½ cup Sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese extra-sharp

Steps to make Baked Mashed Potatoes with Cheese

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet

Preheat oven to 375 °F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cook bacon

Spread bacon slices on the baking sheet and cook in preheated oven for about 15 minutes until brown and crisp.

Chop bacon

Drain excess fat on a paper towel and chop into small bits.

Prepare baking dish

Generously grease a 9x9-inch or 8x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Add breadcrumbs and salt
